What the non-profit organization pays!

COSTS TO A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOR A FUNDRAISER:

(* Profit organization see below)

(1) $3.00 per person - Base price per person in 2010 -

@ 200 person minimum + plus a transportation fee depending on distance from Lincoln (0-100 miles)
@ 300 person minimum + plus a transportation fee depending on distance (101 - 150 miles from Lincoln)
@ 400 person minimum + plus a transportation fee depending on distance (151 - 200 miles from Lincoln)

* ($100 Deposit required to hold the date - will be subtracted off final accounting - final payment due the day of the event.)

      * Final payment REQUIRED the day of the event.

* MINIMUMS ALWAYS REQUIRED PLUS TRANSPORTATION COSTS ADDED IF OVER 76 MILES FROM LINCOLN, NE.* -

(2) Want fresh strawberries - add 50˘ per person to the base price
